Patrick try to avoid the rain as much as possible ever since he was cursed by a gypsy for knocking her off her bike one rainy stormy night.
He stopped long enough to see if she was alright.
But the minute he saw he had not killed her he sped off as he was well over the legal drinking limit.
Unluckily for Patrick but luckily for the gypsy he left a piece of his licence plate and that was enough for her to place a curse on him.
So now whenever it rains Patrick would turn into a beautiful young woman wearing a short skirt and a hoodie with a broken zipper and nothing else and would only turn back when he was fully dried out.
