Mind Blowing Workout
When my wife convinced me to go with her to Yoga Class, she told me that it would be a mind blowing work out…with a smirk on her face.

“You should join me for yoga” my wife had said.
“Its great for your body” she said.
“It helps you to be happy with yourself” she had told me.
“There are guys in the classes sometimes” she had assured me.

I’ll admit it, I mocked my sister for getting so caught up with yoga. I told her that she needed to do some real exercise to change her life. She finally got so annoyed that she dared me to try one class.
